Horse Riding

Both the novice and experienced rider will love the wide open spaces and rugged terrain in Troms region. Typically, horses are good-natured and sturdy and guided treks are available in the spring and summer from a variety of locations. All equipment and tack is provided by our centres and tuition is available for novices or pleasure day riders.

The clean air, spectacular scenery and opportunity to view wildlife at close quarters, makes riding in this region particularly rewarding. The Målselv River valley offers gentle meanders or challenging mountain tracks depending on your ability and requirements.
