Situated in the Troms area of northern Norway overlooking Reisfjorden only a 30 minute drive from Bardufoss Airport


The nearest shops are located in the nearby town of Sorreisa and it is possible to hire the camp minibus to do your shopping. Alternatively your can give your hosts a shopping list and they will fetch the goods for you or you can accompany them on the shopping trip. A charge is made locally for this service. There is a sauna and solarium and an outside wood-fired hot-tub (local charge). There is a storage facility for tackle and clothing, and a chest freezer is available for each property.

There are two apartments which each cater for up to 4 persons. Both modern apartments are well equipped and include dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Spacious bathroom with shower. There is also a 3 bedroom house (the Skipper House) which will sleep 7 persons and has a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets.

Activities:

A range of activities can be arranged locally including canoeing, kayaking, abseiling, hiking and water skiing. The area is also a haven for wildlife and Killer Whales are regularly seen and Reindeer often frequent the camp. Guests have also observed Elk and Lynx along the shore whilst fishing from their boat.
